..refused! I submitted a claim for just a refund. Hertz refuses to refund indicating It is Kayaks spot to refund and Kayak states Hertz is accountable. I don't care who offers me the refund. I used funds on a product/service and I didn't RECEIVE the products/provider so a refund is needed and justified. exceptionally let down in all the predicament
